Welcome to Plumb Line ("Application"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Plumb Line mobile application or website (plumbline.rootedapp.space), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1. Use of the Application
Plumb Line provides a digital platform for personal Bible reading, reflection, prayer, and devotional practice. You agree to use the Application only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. User Accounts & Authentication
You may use Plumb Line offline or create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
- Scripture Content: Plumb Line uses the World English Bible (WEB), a public domain translation of the Holy Bible.
- App Intellectual Property: The Plumb Line app design, logos, user interface, brand assets, code, and custom features are the property of Plumb Line and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- User Reflections & Notes: You retain ownership of all notes, reflections, and prayers created by you within the Application.
4. Service Availability & Modification
We strive to maintain high availability for cloud sync services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Application at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Plumb Line shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Application.
